How much does your solution cost ?

Each installation is personalised and is completely different, which is why we do not list prices on our website. Please contact us so we can discuss your needs and offer a detailed quote.

Why subscribe to the application ?

If you subscribe, your initial investment is small. You don’t need to buy the sensors, as they will be allocated to you, just the service to collect the information: the AliaTerra application. A subscription also ensures you’ll benefit from rapid installation maintenance, and updates with new available functionalities.

How much does an application subscription cost ?

The AliaTerra application is included in the overall cost of your installation.

How much do the objects cost on a standalone basis ?

Our sensors cost from €500 incl. VAT

Can I install the equipment myself ?

Some products are sold individually and are tailored to existing infrastructure. If you do not have any other system, we recommend the turnkey offer.

Can I receive assistance if there is a sensor fault ?

If you have a subscription, you will receive a replacement sensor in the event of a technical fault

Who should I contact if I have a question about my installation ?

Your priority contact information is noted on your installation contract. If you are unable to contact them, contact us via email contact-agri@dsinstruments.fr or by telephone at 06 58 03 35 46.

How do I create an account on your mobile application ?

Our applications are available through Google Play and the Apple Store. In addition to your installation, our team will set up your personal account, and give you access permissions to the application for all your sensors. You can then change your password and start to define and view your widgets (temperature, humidity, air, etc.).

Can I share my application with my employees ?

Yes, you can contact us to create user accounts for each of your employees.

How do I create an alert ?

You can create an alert directly in the application.

How do I cancel my subscription ?

At the end of your contract, you can contact us to cancel. Our team will remove your equipment. If you want to cancel your subscription before the end of your contract, please note that you will need to pay all outstanding monthly payments until the end of the contract.
